Born in Kenmare, County Kerry. Enlisted in Tralee while living in Kenmare, County Kerry. Killed in Action. Grave or Memorial Reference: He has no known grave but is listed on Panels 78 and 79 on the Pozieres Memorial in France.

 

QUINN. MICHAEL B.

Supplementary information; Husband of Catherine Quinn, of 7, Mill View Terrace, Tralee, Co. Kerry. Grave or Memorial Reference: VIII. C. 20. Cemetery: Passchendaele New British Cemetery in Belgium.

 

QUIRK, CHARLES.
Rank: Lance Corporal. Regiment or Service: Seaforth Highlanders. Unit: 4th Battalion. Age at death: 22. Date of Death: between 08-April-1917 and 10-April-1917. Service No: 200401 (2041).
Supplementary information: Son of Nicholas and Mary Quirk, of Walthamstow, Essex, late of Kerry. An old boy of the College of St. Ignatius, Stamford Hill, London. This man is only in the Commonwealth War Graves Commission database. Grave or Memorial Reference: Bay 8. He has no known grave but is listed on the Arras Memorial in France.
